Ready To Make Reservations?
Reservation Procedure: Weekend reservations need to be made by phone at least 3 weeks in advance. Please keep in mind that June, July, and August are our busiest months. Payment in full as deposit is required 14 days prior to the float date. Payment can be made by credit card or money order by mail. When sending money order please include:
1. The name of the person who made the reservation.
2. The date of the float. 3. Reference number. Weekday floating available without a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: is 14 days in advance after 14 days there is no refund it goes on a rain check/credit policy that’s good for 1 year. If flooding is an issue and the river is not floatable, there is no refund and your reservation would go on a rain check/credit policy good for 1 year.
Rainy Day & Raincheck Policy: Inclement weather for activities is up to the discretion of NRO management. If it is raining on the day of your float we will issue a rain check. Raincheck is good for one year from the date issued.
Floating Liability Waiver / Vehicle Check-In Policy: All vehicles must stop and register before entering the campground. Floating Liability Waiver/Vehicle Check-In forms are available on-line at nrocanoe.com. Have form completed before arrival and hand in at the time of check-in. Each adult must sign for themself.
